All our Employees are trained in approved work procedures to obtain optimal output
without accidents or injuries and to ensure employees follow safe work methods and all
related regulations.”

We don’t just say this in our Employee Hand Book, we work safely everyday. For example;

- WHIMIS Training provided at New Hire Employee Orientation and reviewed/renewed yearly. This is especially important and beneficial for new-to-the-workforce employees, young apprentices or job placement workers.
- We take the Safety of our staff seriously. We are proud to report that we have not incurred a Loss Time Accident since 2001.
- We have a Health & Safety Committee dedicated to maintaining our Safe Working conditions. All of our Health and Safety Members receive training in First Aid from St. Johns Ambulance.
- We have recently joined a Safety Group. Excellence in Manufacturing (EMC) and the WSIB offer a Safety Group, which will allow us to learn more about Safety in the workplace and further develop our processes and policies.

- Fall Arrest
- Aerial Lift
- Overhead Crane
- WHMIS
- We accomodate this through employing a Train-the-Trainer Certified Representative
