Anniversary Reflections

The Kuhl Machine Shop I started 20 years ago is noticeably different from the KMS that exists today. When I started in 1989, I knew where I wanted to be, I had a vision and I knew that only hard work achieve my goals.

As the work came in, we honed our skills and offered more experience to our customers, my dreams and vision changed. I believe our key to our success, is our agility and the skill to nurture change. We all know the only constant in life and manufacturing is change.

When I look back on the last twenty years, I am grateful for all that I have learned. Not just the technical side, but about people, and the constantly changing culture of manufacturing.

We know how important Quality and Value is in manufacturing today because a large percentage of our sales are achieved from Loyal Customers. Customers we have serviced for years. Customers who believe in us and want the quality and experience we offer. They know that we exist because we genuinely care about their success, and we know we exist because of them.

I still have a focused vision for the future, and I look forward to the work needed to achieve those goals. But, today, right now, I want to share my gratitude, and thank all of you, our Customers, Suppliers, Employees and our Community, for your support and contribution to our success.

You have all been remarkable teachers and we will continue to learn and change to support you with your success.
