All successful businesses rely on word-of-mouth referrals or advertising. I have found that BNI’s structured system of regular meetings were referrals are cultivated, and their philosophy of "Giver's Gain" creates a trusting environment for developing business relationships.  
 
Our success as an industry leader is the result of building and maintaining relationships.  Social responsibility as a manufacturer has improved our relationships and in turn improved our business.  We look to the future with a clear path in mind to remain the regional leader, and build our business through referrals while taking care of our social responsibilities.
